All participants giving (plenary or invited) oral and poster presentations must submit a one-page abstract of A4 size. The abstract submitted after the due date may not be accepted for presentation. Each speaker needs to register for the conference.
- KJF-ICOMEP 2023 calls for poster presentations only.
- The organizing committee may ask some of poster presentators to be oral presentators.
- All submissions to poster presentations will be accepted.
- All participants giving (plenary or invited) oral and poster presentations must submit a one-page abstract of A4 size.
- Abstract files submitted after the due date are not accepted for presentations.
- Once abstract files are uploaded, replacement of the abstract files with other ones is not allowed (please carefully check your abstract for mistakes before uploading). Your uploaded files are regularly moved to a different folder and then deleted from the uploading folder.
- Please bring a printed A0 size poster to the conference place.
- The organizing committee does not need your electronic poster files.
- Each speaker needs to register for the conference.
- Each poster presentator can use one poster board only.
For abstract submission,
- -Download an MS-WORD abstract template from the right-side link.
- -Prepare a one-page abstract of A4 size in both MS-WORD and PDF formats.
- -The file name should be the speaker name (for example, “toshinori_matsushima.pdf” and “toshinori_matsushima.docx”).
